Do I have to replace my RO system?
No — keep your filter. MineralDose™ installs inline on the clean-water line right after your existing RO membrane. It fits standard residential systems, tank or tankless, and both 1/4″ and 3/8″ tubing.
Is it hard to install?
No drilling. It taps the existing clean-water line and reuses the faucet hole you already have; the dial models slip a thin pad under the faucet for the wire. Most people are up and running in minutes.
How is this better than a remineralizing cartridge?

Which model should an RO owner get?
The Elixir MD6 is the complete system — minerals, hydration, energy and infusions on every pour. If you only want the minerals back, the Element MD1 does exactly that; the Elevate MD3 sits in between with minerals + infusions.
Does it need Wi-Fi or an app?
It joins your home Wi-Fi to track bottle levels and refills. On the MD3 and MD6 the dial runs everything (the app is optional); the MD1 is set once in the app, then automatic on every pour.
