Welcome to mineraldose.com, operated by ActiveWater Labs, LLC ("ActiveWater Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website. By using the site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About this site

This is a pre-launch, informational website for our product, MineralDose™. Its purpose is to share information about the product and let you join a waitlist for launch updates. We do not sell products or process payments on this site at this time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use this site or join the waitlist. By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement and that any information you give us (your email address) is accurate and yours.

3. The waitlist and our emails

Joining the waitlist means you'd like to hear from us. It is not a purchase, reservation, deposit, or guarantee of any product, price, feature, or availability. By joining, you agree to receive launch and product emails from us; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your email is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Pre-launch information; no offer or guarantee

MineralDose™ is a product in active development. Everything on this site — including descriptions, specifications, features, mineral, electrolyte, energy and infusion options, pricing, comparisons, images, diagrams, and timelines — is provided for general information only, reflects our current plans, and may change or be discontinued without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a binding quote, or a promise that any product will be produced, certified, available, or offered at any particular price. "Patent pending" refers to one or more applications and does not guarantee that any patent will be granted. If we run a crowdfunding campaign (for example, on Kickstarter), that campaign's own terms will govern it, and crowdfunding timelines and outcomes can change.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, graphics, logos, diagrams, designs, and code — are owned by ActiveWater Labs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the site for your own information. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from the site without our permission, except as allowed by law. "MineralDose™," "ActiveWater Labs," and our logos are trademarks of ActiveWater Labs, LLC (trademark application pending); other names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; submit false information or another person's email address; attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the site or its security; use bots, scrapers, or automated means to harvest data or overload the site; or infringe anyone's rights.

The site links to, and relies on, third-party services and sources — for example, our email and hosting providers, font and code delivery networks, and external references and citations. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices. Following external links is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ActiveWater Labs and its owners, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. To the extent any liability is not excluded, our total liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ActiveWater Labs from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product and site evolve. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above; continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which ActiveWater Labs, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
