Which model do I need for electrolytes and energy?

The Elixir MD6 — it’s the only model with the dedicated hydration (electrolyte) and energy channels, so it’s the one we recommend for training. The Element MD1 doses minerals only, and the Elevate MD3 adds organic real-fruit infusions but not the energy or electrolyte channels.

What’s in the energy blend?

Caffeine, taurine, L-carnitine and a B-vitamin complex — dosed to the level you set, and only while water is flowing. No sugar and no sweeteners.

Can I dial it up on training days and down on rest days?
